These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Varietly. Please read them before using the service.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of varietly.com and any related content, tools, and communications (together, the service). The service is operated under the registered legal name Varietly.com in British Columbia, Canada.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Where we ask you to take a specific action to accept these Terms — for example by ticking a box when you subscribe to a price alert — that action confirms your agreement. Your continued use of the service also constitutes acceptance.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and you in these Terms means that organisation.

Three things to know before you read further
We are not a healthcare provider. Nothing on the service is medical advice, and using it creates no clinical relationship. See section 4.
We do not currently earn affiliate compensation, and it does not affect rankings. See section 8.
Sections 15 to 18 limit our liability and affect how disputes are resolved.
They include a limitation of liability and a dispute-resolution procedure. Please read them carefully.
2. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the service, to our commercial arrangements, or to the law.
When we change them, we will update the effective date shown at the foot of this page and publish the revised Terms here. If a change is material, we will give more prominent notice — by a notice on the service or, where we hold your email address for price alerts, by email.
Changes take effect on the effective date. Your continued use of the service after that date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and unsubscribe from any alerts.
We will keep the previous version available on request so you can see what changed.
Definitions
These words have the following meanings wherever they appear in these Terms.
- Provider
A third-party telehealth service, clinic, pharmacy, or other business that supplies or arranges GLP-1 medication and whose pricing or plan information appears on the service. Providers are independent of us.
- Listing
The information we publish about a provider, including its plans, prices, sources, and verification status.
- Price observation
A single record of a price at a point in time, tied to a source and the date on which we accessed it. Observations are retained rather than overwritten, so a listing shows when a figure was last confirmed.
- Verified
A label meaning only that a human reviewer checked the published figures for a provider against a cited source on a stated date. It is not accreditation, licensure confirmation, clinical vetting, or any assurance of quality or safety. See section 5.
- Compounded medication
A medication prepared by a compounding pharmacy rather than manufactured and marketed under an approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
- User content
Anything you submit to us, including correction reports, feedback, and any review or comment we may invite in future.
- Affiliate compensation
Commission, referral fees, paid placement, or advertising revenue we would receive in connection with a provider listed on the service, if any such arrangement is introduced in the future. We have no affiliate compensation arrangements today.

The service is a comparison tool. It is not a pharmacy, a prescriber, or a clinical recommendation.
