What Varietly is and is not

Varietly is operated by Varietly.com, an entity based in British Columbia, Canada. Varietly collects and compares published prices, plan terms, and availability information for United States providers that advertise access to GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide and tirzepatide.

The service may include comparison tools, switching-cost tools, alternative-provider tools, provider profiles, source notes, confidence grades, and links to third-party provider websites. Those tools are informational and commercial. They are not medical, pharmacy, insurance, or financial advice.

Varietly is not a pharmacy, telehealth provider, prescriber, clinic, insurer, pharmacy benefit manager, or healthcare provider. We do not dispense, compound, package, label, ship, deliver, store, or fulfil any medication.

We do not employ clinicians, contract with clinicians to treat you, or control any clinical consultation. We do not arrange, direct, manage, or split fees for clinical services. Any medical consultation, prescription decision, pharmacy service, compounding, fulfilment, refund, or health outcome is the responsibility of the third-party provider you choose.

We only refer you out to third-party providers. There is no checkout, cart, medication purchase, subscription to medication, or medication payment on Varietly. We do not take payment from you for medications, and we are never a party to your transaction with a provider.
