Pricing, providers, and how we are paid

Varietly is operated by Varietly.com. We collect pricing information from provider websites and other public sources. Each observed figure is tied to a source URL, an access date, and a confidence grade. A human reviewer approves figures before we publish them. Provider profiles may be labelled as verified or unverified based on our review status.

Pricing information changes often. A displayed price may be out of date, incomplete, carried forward from an older observation, or wrong. The provider sets the price. We do not set provider prices, and we do not warrant that any listed price is currently available to you.

Prices on the service are informational only. They are not an offer, quote, coupon, contract term, or price guarantee. We do not provide price matching, and we do not promise that a provider will honor a figure shown on Varietly.

A displayed price may exclude consultation fees, membership fees, onboarding fees, lab work, shipping, taxes, insurance treatment, pharmacy charges, or other costs. Costs shown are typically cash-pay figures. Your cost with insurance, without insurance, with a coupon, or through a particular pharmacy or plan may be different.

We track membership fees, medication costs, onboarding fees, and shipping as separate components when that information is available. A missing component means unknown. It does not mean zero, free, waived, included, or unavailable.

Varietly may list providers that offer branded products such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, and Zepbound®, and providers that offer compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Branded and compounded products are not interchangeable on price alone. A lower price for a compounded product does not mean it is a lower-cost equivalent of a branded product for you. You should discuss medication choice, formulation, sourcing, dosing, and suitability with a licensed clinician and the provider.

Promotional, trial, and introductory prices may be shown when we identify them. We label those rates where practical. Unless we say otherwise, ranking calculations exclude promotional and introductory rates and use the ongoing rate after the promotional period.

We keep price history by adding new observations and retaining older observations. A page may show when a figure was last confirmed. Older observations remain part of the history, but they may be stale and should not be treated as the current provider price.

We may correct, update, remove, or relabel pricing information at any time without notice. We may make corrections retroactively if a prior figure, source, label, component, or confidence grade was inaccurate or misleading.

Before you purchase, subscribe, schedule a consultation, or rely on any displayed price, confirm the current price, included services, medication type, pharmacy, insurance treatment, shipping, renewal terms, and cancellation terms directly with the provider.

Providers listed or linked on Varietly are independent third parties. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, fiduciary, or representative relationship exists between us and any provider because of a listing, link, ranking, advertising arrangement, referral arrangement, or other commercial relationship.

We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, prescriber, insurer, pharmacy benefit manager, or seller of medication. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, fulfillment, insurance coverage, or pharmacy services.

We are not a party to any transaction between you and a provider. Any purchase, consultation, prescription, subscription, renewal, refill, or other relationship is solely between you and that provider.

The provider’s own terms, privacy policy, refund policy, cancellation policy, consent forms, medical intake terms, and pharmacy terms govern your relationship with that provider. You should read those terms before you provide information, pay money, start a subscription, or accept medication.

The provider is responsible for all fulfillment, shipping, billing, refunds, cancellations, subscription renewals, clinical care, prescriptions, medication sourcing, medication quality, patient communications, adverse-event handling, and outcomes. We do not control those activities.

You must take disputes up with the provider. We have no authority to issue refunds, cancel subscriptions, stop renewals, change orders, require a provider to accept you, require a provider to operate in your state, or intervene in a clinical, billing, shipping, privacy, or customer-service dispute.

Outbound links, provider profiles, rankings, badges, and listings do not imply clinical endorsement, medical suitability, affiliation, approval, sponsorship, or warranty. We do not control third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their content, claims, availability, security, accessibility, privacy practices, or conduct.

We do not guarantee that any provider will remain available, continue operating, accept you as a patient or customer, operate in your state, use a particular pharmacy, offer a listed medication or plan, maintain a listed price, or continue any subscription or cancellation process described on Varietly.

Provider subscriptions may renew automatically. Any required renewal notice, cancellation mechanism, click-to-cancel process, refund, or billing support is handled by the provider, not by us, because we do not take your payment and we do not manage your provider subscription.

Varietly is a commercial site, but as of the effective date of these Terms we have no affiliate commission, referral fee, paid placement fee, advertising fee, sponsorship, or other compensation arrangement in place with or through any provider, network, advertiser, or marketing partner. We may enter into such arrangements in the future.

Rankings and comparisons are independent of commercial relationships. Providers cannot pay for inclusion, a featured placement, or a better ranking. Any future monetization must preserve this independence, and we will update these Terms and our disclosures before introducing any compensation arrangement.

Any future compensation would not change the price you pay to a provider through Varietly. It also would not alter the underlying published price data, cause us to suppress or falsify a price, or make a provider, medication, dose, pharmacy, or treatment clinically recommended for you.

If we introduce affiliate or referral arrangements, we will disclose them clearly and conspicuously at the point you encounter affected links, including on listing pages and near outbound provider links, consistent with the FTC Endorsement Guides, 16 C.F.R. Part 255. Disclosure language must be close to the affected claim, ranking, link, or call to action, not hidden only in these Terms.

No listed provider currently has a commercial relationship with us. The absence of a commercial relationship is not a negative signal about that provider, and if one exists in the future, its presence will not mean the provider is more suitable, more legitimate, more available, or more accurate than an uncompensated provider.

Listing, ranking, featuring, labelling, or linking to a provider — compensated or not — is not a medical recommendation, clinical endorsement, safety determination, pharmacy endorsement, insurance recommendation, or promise that the provider is appropriate for you.
